Top to Toe Ltd started as a tanning salon in Spennymoor in 2002, offering sunbed sessions and a range of tanning lotions from Emerald Bay including Mojo, Definitely Dark and Malibu Mimosa, we also stocked Power Tan tanning lotions, our best selling tanning lotions were Power Tan Black Onyx, Double Jump Start, and Dark Start and Emerald Bay Mojo. Our range of sunbed creams rapidly expanded to include Power Tan Zap, Body Drench, Solaresse and Australian Gold. Our best selling sunbed creams in recent years has been Australian Gold Accelerator and Emerald Bay Mojo. Our customers started to ask us if we could supply them with slimming pills, so we then started stocking Silver Slimming tablets in the 7 week course and 4 week course. Since then we have started supplying Kaloss Trimmers, Silver Slimshot, and Kaloss Ultra Hoodia.

We then opened a beauty salon offering manicures, pedicures, waxing, gel nails, acrylic nails. Though we have now moved on from gel and acrylic nails to offer Bio Sculpture nail treatments as this is kinder to the nail bed.

Shortly after opening our beauty salon we decided to try our hand at sunbed hire, we now hire vertical and lie down sunbeds throughout the North East and North Yorkshire, our vertical hire sunbeds are the 22 tube Marbella which has five sides, (including a door) we offer vertical sunbeds which have 160 Watt tubes, 200 watt tubes, and 225 Watt tubes and machines with pink and blue tubes which are designed to help tan difficult to tan legs. Our lie down sunbeds are the Elite 18 tube machines with 180 watt tubes in the canopy and 100 watt tubes in the base.
