Returns
Returning Goods
If you have ordered goods in error or goods are not as expected, and you wish to return them to us a returns authorisation must be requested before sending anything back to us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. The first thing to do is ring us on 01388 814710 and let us know. When you ring us we will need the following information, the name of the person who ordered the goods, the date of the order, the order number, the date you received the goods, how the goods were paid for, what the goods are, what the problem is. You must then follow this up in writing by either email, or letter, if you send a letter to us you are advised to send it by recorded delivery. Once we have agreed to accepting return of goods you are advised to send them to us by a trackable method at your own cost. Whilst goods are in your posession you have a statutory duty to take care of them. Once goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition we will issue a refund to you within 30 days. You do not have the right to return your order where the supply of goods is made to your own specification.
Due to strict hygiene regulations, The Seller cannot accept returns of items such as tanning lotions, hair care products, cosmetics, etc. that have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Goods returned damaged as a result of poor packaging on the part of The Buyer will not entitle The Buyer to a credit. If you have bought goods from us that are sealed, for instance slimming tablets, please note we cannot accept return of these goods once the seal is broken.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must tell us via a durable medium, email, letter or fax is acceptable, a phone call is not acceptable. If you send us this cancellation in the form of a letter we strongly advise you to send it via recorded delivery, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact and acceptance by Top to Toe Ltd. Whilst goods are in your posession you have a statutory duty to take care of them. The cost of returning any goods to us must be paid by you and we would advise you to use a trackable delivery system. Once goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition we will issue a refund to you within 30 days. Power Tan Zap tanning lotions are part of the Power Tan range of sunbed creams. We currently stock five Power Tan Zap sunbed creams, Apple Zap, Coconut Bronzer Zap, Pineapple Zap, Tropical Mango Zap, and Wild Blueberry Zap. Some of these creams are tingle creams, some are non tingle tan accelerators and some contain a bronzer for instant tanning results. All bottle sizes are 235ml and have flip top lids. The whole range is perfect for use during a tanning session on an indoor sunbed.
Power Tan Apple Zap is a non tingle fast tanning formula sunbed cream with a fresh apple aroma. It contains L-Tyrosine for fast tanning results from your sunbed session, and is enriched with Vitamins A, C and E.
Power Tan Coconut Bronzer Zap is rich and creamy and fortified with bronzing agents to bring you immediate colour from your tanning session. This is a non tingle sunbed cream and with a coconut fragrance.
Power Tan Pineapple Zap is infused with pineapple extract and fruit acids which give it a wonderfull pineapple fragrance. This is a non tingle fast tanning sunbed lotion and is suitable for all skin types and contains Vitamins A, c and E.
Power Tan Zap Tropical Mango is a sunbed bronzing lotion, suitable for all levels of tanners. This is a non tingle tanning lotion which has a great tropical mango aroma. It will maximise UV light absorption while hydrating your skin during your tanning session.
Power Tan Wild Blueberry Zap is a warm tingle tanning lotion with a wild blueberry aroma. As you apply it to your skin it will produce a slight warming sensation and redness to your skin which is a temporary effect.
