Who can I contact if I have any questions?
Please click the Contact Us link in the top menu bar. Feel free to contact us, or fill out the contact request form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I add an item to my shopping basket?
To add an item to your shopping cart, on the Product page enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity field and then click BUY.
How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?
To remove a single item from your shopping basket, click on the red delete button on the right hand side of the basket.
How do I remove all of the items in my shopping basket?
To remove all of the items currently in your shopping basket, click on the Empty Shopping Basket link on the bottom of the basket.
Do I have to register and sign in to purchase products?
Yes. The
benefits of registering are that we can make your shopping experience easier by keeping track of billing and contact information. Added benefits include a customer profile page, the ability to track orders and view your account history with us.
How do I log into this site?
To login into your customer account, enter your e-mail address and password in the login form at the top of the page or click on the link in the top menu. If you do not have an account, please click on the Open an Account link.
How do I log out of this site?
To log out of your customer account, click the on the Logout link in the top menu and you will br returned to the Home Page. If the Logout link does not appear in the top menu, then you are not currently logged into this site.
What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgotten Password? link in the login form at the top of the page, on the password retrieval page, enter your e-mail address that you signed in with, and then click on the Send A New Password button. We will send you a new password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.
Can I update my account information?
To update your account information you must first log in. Select Edit Account from your Account Options and then update your information. After you have made your changes then click the Update Account Details button.
Can I view my previous orders placed?
To view your order history you must first log in. Select Order History from your Account Options and then select the order you wish to view.
How do I use my gift certificate?
If you have a gift certificate that you wish to use against your order, please select the Gift Certificate option in the checkout, then enter the certificate number. To calculate your new order total with your your discount included click on the Continue To Next Step button.
How do I use my offer code?
If you have an Offer Code that you wish to use against your order, please select the Offer Code option in the checkout, then enter the offer code number that has been issued to you. To calculate your new order total with your discount included click on the Continue To Next Step button.
Can I Cancel Items from an Order
You can cancel or amend any order placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process.
Where's My Order?
If you recently placed an order and you're wondering why you haven't received it yet, you should first check whether we've dispatched it to you.
Click the Customer Login at the top of any page. From within your account click on Order History, then select the Order you want to view.
This will show the status of the order:
Please wait three or four days after the dispatch date before contacting us about a missing order.
During that time, we recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.
Click the Customer Login at the top of any page. From within your account click on Order History, then select the Order you want to view.

- New Order - The Order is new and started the process.
- Processing - The Order has been paid for and entered the dispatch process.
- Dispatched - The Order has beeen dispatched and started the delivery process.
- Cancelled - The Order has been cancelled by you or by us.
- Order Failed - The Order has failed, payment has been refused.
