In these terms and conditions ‘The Seller’ means Top to Toe Ltd, trading online as www.Salon-57.com and ‘The Buyer’ means the purchaser of goods from ‘The Seller’ under these terms and conditions. ‘The Website’ means www.salon-57.com and its content.
Prices
Prices may fluctuate from time to time, however the price that is quoted at the time of payment is the price that will be charged – This is subject to any circumstances where an obvious mistake has been made.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rates.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors in your order up to the point at which you click on “Submit Order To Us” during the ordering process. Once you have submitted your order amendments cannot be made as we normally dispatch most orders the same day. See also cancellation policy below.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your order. Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must tell us via a durable medium, email, or letter is acceptable, a phone call is not acceptable. If you send us this cancellation in the form of a letter we strongly advise you to send it via recorded delivery, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact and acceptance by Top to Toe Ltd. Whilst goods are in your posession you have a statutory duty to take care of them. The cost of returning any goods to us must be paid by you and we would advise you to use a trackable delivery system. Once goods are returned to us in an acceptable condition we will issue a refund to you within 30 days. You do not have the right to cancel your order where the supply of goods is made to your own specification. If you have bought goods from us that are sealed, for instance slimming tablets, please note we cannot accept return of these goods once the seal is broken.
Payment
Payments are made through this websites secure payment gateway; we accept payments from all major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods same day if we receive your order and payment before 3pm, Monday to Friday, except Bank and Public Holidays, however this can vary. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Please note that should there be a delay in dispatch we will contact you at our earliest convenience. Orders can be placed at any time but they are only dispatched Monday to Friday.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated dependent upon the size and weight of your order. This cost will be made clear during the order process before you make any payment. Delivery charges are exempt from any discount or offer codes that are available.

Discounts and offers apply only to the price of the goods not delivery or shipping costs.
Overseas orders
We currently do not ship outside of mainland UK.
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO Orders
We are happy to ship Sunbed Creams, Sunbed Goggles, Sunscreen Lotion, Winkease UV Eye Protection whenever possible to The Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO.

Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose. We take special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions and specifications. Whilst given/shown as a guide and in good faith packaging may change without notice.All colours are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor. Stock is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on the stock figures shown.
